This little two storey cottage is next to the main farmhouse,
with its own patio, overlooking the garden. It has two bedrooms
upstairs, a twin and a double with built in wardrobes. The
bathroom has a continental style ‘tub’ bath with
a shower over, wash basin, wc, and heated towel rail. The
main bedroom could accommodate a travel cot, if needed. The
twin room is quite compact but does have full size single
beds, not bunks.
Downstairs the open plan living area comprises of lounge
with comfortable seating coffee table, colour television
and DVD player; well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
fridge freezer and electric oven and hob, and dining table
for four people. From the lounge an attractive new conservatory
has been added, leading out on an enclosed patio area with
garden furniture, overlooking the garden.
In the cooler months oil-fired central heating is available
and there is also multi-fuel burner set in the old granite
fireplace to make it feel extra cosy!
There is a separate laundry room a few yards away with washing
machine and tumble dryer. A barbeque is available on request.

Wonderful quiet location yet close to coast and places of interest. Very family friendly with superb play area for children and adults alike. Beautifully presented accommodation, helpful information on places of interest and local amenities. Highly recommended
