Trevithicks is a single story cottage, once an old coach
house, with large windows making it very light and sunny.
The open plan living living area has a well equipped kitchen
with electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There
is a dining table big enough for four and the lounge area
has comfortable seating, coffee table, colour television
and DVD player, all set off by maple wood flooring.
The bedroom has a double bed and pine bedroom furniture.
There is enough room for a cot or an additional fold-up bed
if required. A separate laundry room is available with laundry
room and tumble dryer.
There is car parking, and garden furniture is available on
a lawned area near by where you can relax in the evening sun.
Trevithicks is suitable for the less able having an en-suite
bathroom with a walk-in shower and wider doorways.
